Douglas Shigeru Kamiya, 67, of Honolulu, a Community Planning & Engineering Inc. civil engineer and an Air Force veteran, died in the Queen’s Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mary Y., son David and sister Florence. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
