Tadami Kamitaki, 94, of Honolulu, a retired businessman, died at home. He was born in Puukolii, Maui. He is survived by sons Roy T., Wayne K. and Guy K.; daughters Ann S. Yamasaki and Lynn K. Ushijima; sister Matsuko Mizoguchi; and 12 grandchildren. Private services.
