Wayne Chu Kwong Siu, 87, of Honolulu, a retired machinist and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Leonard C. and Yew W., and sisters Jeanette S. Ching and Betty S. Tom. Private services.
