Neill Yoshio Segawa, 65, of Waipahu, a retired Hawaii Medical Center environmental services manager and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Erlinda C., son Bryan Dizon, daughter Shantell, brother Dennis and sister Judy Yokoyama. Private services.
