William Harman "Bill" Cooper, 77, of Hawi, Hawaii, a retired University of Hawaii scientific glass blower, artist and Navy veteran, died in Kamuela, Hawaii. He was born in Sparta, N.C. He is survived by sons James, William and Thomas; daughter Margaret Yannuzzi; sisters Shirley Heckman and Margaret Trimble; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
