Tamotsu Higa, 88, of Kapolei died in St. Francis Hospice. He was born in Waianae. He is survived by wife Katie Y., sons William M. and Terry Y., daughter Carol M.Y., sisters Helen Kakazu and Hester Higa, and a grandchild. Private services.
