Norberto R. Asuncion, 80, of Kahului, a retired Hawaiian Commercial and Sugar Co. irrigator, died at home. He was born in Olowalu, Maui. He is survived by wife Cipriana, son Robert, daughters Alicia Allagonez and Delia Asuncion, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Borthwick Norman's Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Christ the King Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku, Maui.
