Philip Noboru Nakamura, 96, of Kalaheo, Kauai, an Island Service Station proprietor, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Koolau, Kauai. He is survived by wife Kikue, son Kenneth, daughter Jean Aramaki, sister Hisako Nakamura and two grandchildren. Private services.
