She is survived by husband, Kaoru Shibasaki; daughters, Sandy (Don) Heal, Gale (Wally) Ikeda, Dale (Harlan) Kusaka; brother, James Mushiaki; sisters, Sue Yokomoto, Edna Mushiaki, Betty (Sei) Watanabe, Marion Mushiaki; sister-in-law, Nancy Mushiaki; 6 granchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
