Christopher Jonathan Phillips, 38, of Honolulu, a restaurant manager at Tiki's Grill and Bar, died in Honolulu. He was born in Anaheim, Calif. He is survived by wife Rachelle, father Ronald, mother Billie Jean and brother Jason. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
