Cassia Fa'auliuli Punahele Ioka, 14, of Pearl City died in Kapiolani Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by mother Doris Annie; father Perritte Ia; brothers Uaine, Ammon, Corban, Isaac, Isaiah, Devero, Perritte, Braeden, Jaeden, Ochi, Reo and Jojo; sisters Juewels, Jenesis, Rahab, Isaley, Isalyn, Isis, Darian, Crystal, Chelsea, Aryana and Cypriana; and grandparent Annie M.Tuitele Togafau. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Waipahu. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m.at Sunset Memorial Park.
