Robert Edward Harmon Jr., 66, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, a General Motors customer assistance employee and Army veteran, died. He was born in Brownsville, Pa. He is survived by wife Norma, brother Stephen Sweet and sister Christine Patterson. Services: noon Friday at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery.
