George Kalauao "Keoki" Santos, 86, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Police Department officer and an Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by sons Michael and Alexandre; daughter Penny Koch; brothers Emery, Roland and El; sisters Marjorie Smith, Zelora Santos and Loretta Borden; and eight grandchildren. Committal services: 1 p.m. Friday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
