Percy Anthony "Tony" Lilly, 94, of Kula, Maui, a Maui County harbor master and Navy captain who served in World War II, and the Korean and Vietnam wars, died at home. He was born in Marysville, Calif. He is survived by sons Michael A. and Anthony, daughters Sheila Zaretsky and Maile Arnold, 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Private services.
