Tom Noboru Oshiro, 86, of Aiea, a retired Star Markets meat department manager and retired Army sergeant first class, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Waianae. He is survived by sons Herbert H. Oshiro and Charles Y. Taum; daughter Margaret T. Nagai; sisters Dorothy K. Terukina, Evelyn M. Miyashiro and Helen K. Blaisdell; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
