Toyo Asato, 89, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died. She was born in Halaula-Hilo, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Harry and Randall; daughters Doris Nakanishi, Bette Nakayama and Jean Iida; sisters Dorothy Nomura and Beatrice Kitayama; 11 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Private services.
