Kenneth Katsuzo Oshiro, 83, of Honolulu, a retired federal government manager and an Army veteran, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born on Maui. He is survived by wife Mitzi, son James, daughters Marian Ito and Marcia Chinen, brothers Clarence and Charles, sisters Rene Oshiro and Doris Wolfe, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
