Fusaye Tokuza Shimata, 96, of Honolulu, a retired Times Super Market meat wrapper, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Melvyn F., Rodney Y. and Dennis K.; daughter Maris K. Kochiyama; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
