Rowena Busse Loo, 90, of Hilo, a homemaker, died in Hilo. She was born in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She is survived by sons Walter and Jeffrey; daughters Dorothy and Carolyn Loo and Rowena Austria; hanai son Kimo Awai; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
