Ronald Jess "Pops" Pebley, 75, of Honolulu, an artist, picture framing specialist and an Air Force veteran, died. He was born in Missouri. He is survived by sons George and Curtis Pebley, Noble and Montgomery "Buttons" Kaluhiokalan, and William Cooki; daughters Valerie Pebley, Keahaulani Jardine and Jackie Kalani; sister Betty Mclaren; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services: 8 a.m. Aug. 4 at the Waikiki Wall. Casual attire. Lei welcome.
