Phyllis Takako Bagood, 57, of Honolulu, a veterinary technician, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Melvin N. and sisters Ann N. and Brenda M. Iwai, and Patricia S.I. Himeda. Services: 4 p.m. Thursday at Thurston Memorial Chapel, Punahou School. No flowers.
