Ponciano Paraiso Parangan, 89, of Honolulu, a Hawaiian Dredging Construction Co. retiree, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. He is survived by wife Arsenia O.; sons Caesar O., Gary O. Sr. and Ambrose O.; daughters Cristita Maggay, Erlinda Briones, Luz Bungcayao, Rosalina Zaragoza, Emilia Mangaoang, Dolores Najeva and Angie O. Parangan; sister Simplicia P. Hall; 19 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
