James Ruiz Aranita, 71, of Pearl City, an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kunia. He is survived by wife Arlene Gamayo; brothers Ralph, Ronald and Rafael; and sister Sister Rosita. Visitation: 8:45 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 1525 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City. Celebration of life: 9:45 a.m. Mass: 10:30 a.m. No flowers.
