80Kapa Kaniela Moke Jr., 3, of Hanapepe, Kauai, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by father Kapa; mother Puna Duarte-Perreira; and grandparents Daniel "Papa Daniel" and Lisa Moke, Tanya Duarte, and Tommy Perreira. Visitation: 9 to 11 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary Chapel, Koloa, Kauai. Burial to follow at Koloa public cemetery.
