Izumi M. Shirai, 93, of Kekaha, Kauai, a clerk, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Hawaii. She is survived by companion Roy Costa-Ayres, sons Clyde and Myles, daughters Sandra Seibert and Janice Maehata, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at St. Raphael's Catholic Church. Mass: 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
