Thelma Toshiko Steichen, 93, of Ewa Beach, owner of Job Center, died at home. She was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Grant and Ray Abo; daughters Ginger Hart, Kathleen Kumia, Paulene Hanato and Bebe Schmidt; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. Private services.
