Loyal America "Dinkie" Camacho went to join the Lord on November 14, 2012 in Pasadena, CA. at the age of 94. She was born a twin in Butte, MT. to Clarence Brown and Grace Muenz. She took a trip to Hawaii in the late thirties and loved it so much that she stayed. She worked at Hickam AFB. as a civilian hydraulic aircraft mechanic. This Pearl Harbor survivor invented a piston-pulling wrench, which earned her a Presidential award. Later, she worked for Stewart Pharmacies, and the International Market Place in sales. After her grandson entered school, she returned to live with her sister in 1984. She is survived by her twin sister Gloria Hinshaw (companion Roger Munn), son Vann Camacho (Angel), grandson Curtis Kelii Camacho, grand- daughter Sherielee Pumelani Camacho-Fuentes (Mario), great granddaughter Chrisjynn Notafraid, and great grandson Kamuela Jordan Keliiwaiwaiole Camacho-Fuentes.
