Epigenia Torcuato Alconcel, 91, of Honolulu died in Maluhia Hospital. She was born in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by sons Orlando, Dario, Rodel and Zaldy; daughters Virginia Rafanan, Angelita Castaneda, Bernanda Tabangcura, Gracia Grasparil, Marilyn Locquiao and Ederlina Domingo; brother Irineo Torcuato; sister Petra; 30 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of the Mount Catholic Church. Mass: 8 p.m. Burial in the Philippines at a later date.
