Jessie Clinton Spivey, 76, of Honolulu, an ‘Olelo Community Television program producer and an Air Force veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Honolulu. He was born in Arkansas. He is survived by wife Janet Bumanglag-Spivey, sons Giovanni Bumanglag and Allen C. Spivey, and sisters Dorthey Harris, Ruby Bonds and Elveris Washington. Visitation: 6 p.m. Saturday at Bethel Chapel Assembly of God, 94-371-C Ana Lane, Waipahu. Services: 7 p.m. Inurnment: 1 p.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
