Robert S. Higgins, 58, of Paia, Maui, an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by wife Roberta; sons Steven, Christopher and Kevin; brothers Thomas and Joseph; sisters Carol Kaaloa and Janet Freitas; and a grandchild. Services: 9 a.m. Feb. 15 at St. Anthony Church, Wailuku. Mass: 11 a.m. Inurnment: 12:30 p.m. at Makawao Veterans Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
