Carlos Antonio Diaz Diaz, 83, of Honolulu, a retired Executive Chef warehouse manager and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. He is survived by sons John K., Dennis and Frank Hesia, and Carlos A. Jr., Richard, Delbert and Darryl Diaz; daughters Matilda Hesia, Emelia Rodrigues and Lori Ann Diaz; hanai sons Enrique Rodrigues and Joel Daniels; brother David Munoz; 42 grandchildren; 70 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
