Clarence A. Andrade, 73, of Pahala, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County Department of Parks and Recreation building and maintenance employee, a Ka‘u-Andrade Contracting mechanic and bulldozer operator, and an Army National Guard veteran, died at home. He was born in Pahala. He is survived by wife Jewel R. "Loke" Waltjen Andrade; son Destry D.; daughters Ioni Ann and Tammy L. Andrade, Debra D. Rodriquez, Yvette K. Ikawa, Terry-Lee L. Shibuya and Kellie K. Harada; hanai sons Byron J. Andrade Ah-Hee and Dane M. Shibuya; hanai daughter Tiare L. Shibuya; brothers Ronald, Walter, Gilbert and Dennis; sisters Rachel Johansen, Diane Lumanlan and Elsie Moses; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Pahala Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Urn committal to follow at the church cemetery. Celebration of life to follow at Pahala Community Center. Casual attire.
