Ralph Mitsuo Kaneshiro, 89, of Hono-lulu, a retired city fireman and an Army veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Katsuko K.; daughters Charlene E. Nishimoto and Louise A. Kane-shiro; brother Samuel S.; sisters Thelma C. Izu, Nancy M. Kaneshiro, Janet A. Higa and Elaine Y. Usui; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
