Jean Ballentyne Stevens, 86, of Palm Desert, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, a former Honolulu Medical Clinic radiology department employee, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Randy, adopted sons Tom and Mike, and a grandchild. No services. Donations suggested to charity.
