James Sheu, 60, of Kailua died. He was born in Vientiane, Laos. He is survived by wife Keta, son Timmy Phayakoun, daughter Suzie Phayakoun, brother John and a grandchild. Visitation and Laotian Buddhist services: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Cremation to follow. Casual attire.
