Harvey Gray Jr., 84, of Kailua, a retired Navy captain and Pacific Fleet Submarine Memorial Association executive director, died in Kailua. He was born in Memphis, Tenn. He is survived by wife Merilyn and brother Rhea. Services: 3 p.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Celebration of life: 4 p.m. at Pacific Aviation Museum, Pearl Harbor; for more information and to get across the Ford Island bridge to the museum, call Loretta at 441-1008.
