Richard Manabu Koga, 82, of Kaneohe, an office machine repairman and an Army veteran, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Ruth A., son Wesley M., daughters Joanne N. Yoneshige and Janet A. Sako, brothers Daniel Y. and Glenn I., and five grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. Saturday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: noon. Inurnment: 10 a.m. Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
