Lawrence William Patrick "L C" Carroll, 47, of Honolulu, an Island Insurance claims representative and former Honolulu Police Department officer, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Danette; sons Braden, Kailoa and Patrick; daughter Cassie Ann Sumimoto; mother Grace; and brothers David S. Oishi and Mark Carroll. Services: 4 p.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Aloha or casual attire. No flowers.
