Evelyn K. Kusaka, 84, of Wahiawa died in Wahiawa. She was born in Haleiwa. She is survived by husband Kenneth; son Russell, daughter Susan; brothers Harvey, Ralph, Lionel and Kenneth Sakai; and two grandchildren. Private services.
