James Shoichi Hasebe, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Japan Airlines passenger service supervisor, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Kahaluu. He is survived by sons Kunio and Thomas N., daughter Lisa C. Lockwood, brothers Frank and Roy Fujimoto, and nine grandchildren. Private services.
