Pa'ani Edward Armstrong, 40, of Hilo died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by mother Dannette M. and sister Nanea A. Wassel. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Nov. 17 at the Armstrong residence, 916 Komomala Drive, Hilo.
