Chester Hiroki "Chet" Toguchi, 76, of San Antonio, a retired elevator technician at St. Elizabeth Veterans Hospital in Washington, D.C., and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in San Antonio. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by brothers Thomas and Ken, and sister Judith. Private services.
