79Elaine Sachiko Chong, 81, of Kaneohe, a retired Hawaiian Telcom overseas operator, died in Kaneohe. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Pamela Matsumoto, brother Gilbert Takaoka, sister Dolly Jane Nomura and a grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
