Colin Yoshio Ishii, 54, of Pepeekeo, Hawaii, a carpenter with G. Kobayashi Builders, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Pepeekeo. He is survived by mother Hatsuko, brother Kevin and sister Aline. Visitation: 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Celebration of life: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
