Victoria Ann Shuffield, also known as “Vicky†and “Sweet Pea,†52, of Kailua-Kona died at home. She was born in Ventura, Calif. Celebration of life: 4 p.m. Saturday at Kona Town Tavern, formerly Teru’s, in Kailua-Kona.
