Gerardo Madamba Gervacio, 66, of Honolulu, an agriculture laborer, died in St. Francis Hospice-West. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Emma N.J.; sons Nardelito, Christopher and Mark; daughters Rosemarie G. Ancheta and Kathleen G. and Kristy Gervacio; mother Virginia Madamba; and seven grandchildren.
