Chosei Tamashiro, 85, of Kapaa, Kauai, a postman, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born on Maui. He is survived by brothers Chokichi and Susumu, and sisters Yoshiko Awakuni, Kimie Nojima and Toyoko Lee. Private services.
