FAMILY PLACED OBITUARY

HERMAN KWAI SING AUYONG
HERMAN KWAI SING AUYONG Herman K.S. Auyong, a former resident of Hawaii left us on August 7, 2010. He died peacefully at the age of 75 in Henderson, Nevada where he resided for the past 14 years after his retirement from Dean Witter Reynolds and Wedbush Morgan as an Account Executive. He served in the United States Air Force and was a member of the 154 Medical Group formerly known as 154 USAF Dispensary/154 USAF Clinic/154 Medical Squadron of the Hawaii Air National Guard. He was a member of Sunrise Rotary and was a Mason of the Honolulu Lodge and Scottish Rite Bodies of Honolulu as well as an Aloha Shriner. Known to many as hard-working and honest, fun-loving, a good listener and a man of simple tastes, graveside services will be held on October 30, 2010 at Diamond Head Memorial Park at 10:45 a.m. In keeping with his philosophy of "giving back," the family is suggesting that donations in his memory be made to St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church, 720 North King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Evelyn, daughter Liane and son-in-law Gavan Imamura and son Scott and daughter-in-law Patrice (Chun). He was the proud grandfather of Kayla Auyong, Katerina Imamura, and Noah Auyong. He is also survived by his sisters, Mrs. Angie Brooks, Mrs. Elaine Young, Mrs. Jennie Lum, and Ms Mary Lau; nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.

Our deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased
