Edwin Kim Siack Liu, 68, of Honolulu, a retired cable TV program specialist with the state Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs regulatory agency, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brother Clarence K.S. Liu. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Saturday at First Chinese Church of Christ. Services: 9:30 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park. No flowers.
