Richard Yee Choon Pang, 89, of Kailua, a nuclear planner estimator for the federal government and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Raymonde J., son Patrick J., sister Bertha Awa and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Kailua.
